Compensation — flat fee, not commission
You're paid a flat, fixed cash amount for each verified sale attributed to your referral code. The amount depends on which product or bundle was purchased and is set out in the current rate table on your private dashboard (accessed via your secret dashboard token, not your public referral code).
- Payment per verified sale is a flat dollar amount — not a percentage of the sale price.
- Milestone cash bonuses stack on top at 1, 10, 25, 50, and 100 verified sales, plus non-cash prestige-tier rewards (merch, plaques, Hall of Fame placement) as your verified sales grow.
- Single-tier program: you're paid only for your own referred sales, not for sales made by ambassadors you may refer.
What counts as a verified sale
A sale is verified once checkout completes with your referral code attached and clears Stripe's refund window (~14 days). Refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent sales don't count and will void any commission or bonus already recorded for that sale.
Payment terms
Payable amounts are batched and paid to your payout method (Venmo, Zelle, or Stripe Instant) on file. Reaper Software may withhold payment pending verification of a sale or resolution of a suspected fraud or policy violation.
Tax reporting
If you earn $600 or more from the Program in a calendar year, you must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before further payouts, and will receive a Form 1099-NEC as required by law. You're responsible for your own tax obligations as an independent contractor, not an employee.
Promotional conduct
- Every promotional post must include #ad #reaperbotsambassador, per FTC endorsement guidelines.
- Never promise, imply, or guarantee trading profits, specific returns, or specific win rates.
- Don't misrepresent ReaperBots' features, pricing, or the Program's compensation structure.
- Don't purchase through your own referral link to generate self-referral commission.
Program changes and termination
Reaper Software may modify the flat-fee rate table, tier thresholds, or milestone bonus amounts prospectively. Reaper Software may suspend or terminate your participation for violation of this Agreement or fraudulent activity; amounts already earned on verified, non-fraudulent sales prior to termination remain payable.
Independent contractor status
You're an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Reaper Software LLC.
